Gantry conveying system
The gantry conveyor uses a traveling crane or pusher structure. Workpieces are hung and automatically conveyed through the pretreatment, e-coating, drying and powder coating stations. The gantry structure has high load capacity and suits large products. The conveying speed matches the cycle of each process section, and the dwell time of workpieces in tanks and booths is controlled accurately. The conveyor uses variable frequency speed control, and different products can set different process parameters.
Powder booth structure design
The powder booth is designed according to ventilation and recovery requirements. The booth body uses a modular structure with smooth wall panels for easy cleaning. The booth is equipped with automatic powder guns or manual powder coating stations, and the airflow design prevents powder from escaping. Powder recovery combines cyclone separation and cartridge filtration. Recovered powder can be reused to reduce waste. The booth is equipped with explosion-proof lighting and safety devices.
Color change design
Color change is the key to powder coating efficiency. The system uses quick-change powder hoses and guns with independent color change components. The color change flow is standardized, cleaning the booth and recovery system, and the color change time is controlled. Powder recovery and environmental protection
The powder recovery system collects overspray powder. Cyclone separation recovers most of it, and cartridge filters capture fine powder. The system is maintained regularly to ensure recovery efficiency and filtration performance.
