Large paint booth design
The large paint booth is designed according to the maximum product size, with length, width and height sufficient for workpiece entry and exit. The booth body uses steel structures and insulated panels, with a ventilation system of supply-air top filters and bottom exhaust to control mist and solvent concentration. Explosion-proof lighting meets working brightness. The floor has anti-slip treatment, and fire extinguishers and emergency devices are equipped.
Electric transfer trolley
Large products are transferred between the paint booth, drying and storage areas by electric transfer trolleys. The trolley load capacity is designed for the maximum product weight, with speed control and positioning. The track is arranged on the workshop floor and docks with the booth, and workpieces transfer smoothly after loading. Multiple trolleys work together to improve turnover efficiency.
Ventilation and mist control
The ventilation system of the paint booth controls airflow direction and reduces mist retention. Air volume is calculated according to booth volume and air exchange rate, and exhaust air is treated and discharged to standard. Solvent-based paints require waste gas treatment facilities such as activated carbon adsorption or catalytic combustion to meet environmental requirements. The ventilation system is inspected regularly for air volume and filtration efficiency.
Workpiece handling and positioning
The loading, unloading and turning of large workpieces uses overhead cranes or gantry cranes with special slings and locating tooling. The painting station is equipped with movable work platforms for operator convenience. Coating inspection is performed in a well-lit area, measuring film thickness and adhesion.
