Cleanliness control in the assembly environment
If the surface of solid insulation parts is contaminated or damp, insulation performance may be affected. The assembly workshop must control dust and humidity, and insulation parts must be cleaned and dried before assembly. We recommend an insulation part handling area at the front of the line with cleaning, drying and storage facilities. Operators wear clean gloves and anti-static measures to avoid contaminating live-part surfaces.
Standardized station division
The assembly line is divided into vacuum interrupter inspection, pole assembly, contact arm and conductive connection, mechanism installation, final assembly, insulation testing and mechanical characteristic testing stations. Each station has an independent work instruction and tool list. The vacuum interrupter is sampled for contact gap, contact pressure and mechanical life before installation. Pole assembly is completed on dedicated fixtures to keep three-phase dimensions consistent.
Key process control
Epoxy insulation part assembly requires torque control to avoid cracking from excessive torque. We configure digital torque wrenches and mistake-proofing systems for critical fastening points. The surfaces of conductive connections must be clean and coated with conductive paste, and loop resistance is measured after connection. Mechanical characteristic testing verifies opening and closing time and three-phase synchronization, with data recorded automatically.
Turnkey delivery and service
The complete assembly line is customized according to the customer factory size and output, including equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning, personnel training and acceptance support. On delivery, complete work instructions, equipment drawings and maintenance manuals are provided. For export projects, we can also provide English documentation and remote technical support.
