Motor and gear unit assembly
HVLS fans use a high-torque motor with a gear unit, and the output shaft drives the hub. The assembly station controls the concentricity of the motor and gear unit, adds grease and performs a no-load running check. The sealing and noise of the gear unit are inspection focuses. Assembly data is recorded and bound to the product number.
Blade machining and counterweight
Long blades use extruded aluminum profiles or composite materials. After machining, blade straightness and weight are inspected. To control the balance of the complete fan, blades are grouped and counterweighted by weight, and weight-matched blade sets are selected during installation. After hub assembly, dynamic balancing inspection is performed and counterweights are added if necessary. Balance data is recorded as the factory basis.
Mounting structure installation
The mounting structure includes the hanger rod, bracket and safety cable, and must be designed and installed according to load requirements. The assembly station checks the strength and tightening torque of the mounting parts and installs the safety cable to prevent accidental fall. After installation, a static load verification confirms structural safety.
Complete testing and packing
Complete testing verifies startup, speed, current, vibration and noise, as well as the speed control and protection functions of the control system. Test data is recorded and judged automatically. HVLS fans use special packing to protect the long blades and motor. Delivery documentation includes installation instructions and safety precautions.
Line planning
HVLS fan output is relatively concentrated. The assembly line is organized by cycle, and balance inspection and complete testing are key stations. The line is equipped with special hoists and inspection equipment to ensure the assembly safety and quality of large products. We design the station layout according to customer output and factory conditions.
