Assembly line stations

The assembly line is divided into mechanism pre-assembly, pole assembly, main body integration, auxiliary and wiring, commissioning and testing, and packing stations. The mechanism pre-assembly station completes the storage mechanism, opening and closing coils and auxiliary switches. The pole assembly station completes the three-phase poles on locating fixtures. The main body integration station connects the mechanism and poles and controls critical torque and assembly gaps. Each station has dedicated tools and mistake-proofing devices, with work instructions defining every step.

Mechanical characteristic testing focus

The mechanical characteristic test items for a recloser include opening time, closing time, opening and closing speed, bounce time, non-synchronization and contact travel. The test station fixes sensors to the mechanism output, automatically collects the action curve and judges pass or fail. The test system supports setting the number of actions and operation sequences, simulating the reclosing operation during line faults to verify the stability of continuous action.

Commissioning and data management

The commissioning station completes energy storage, electric operation, manual operation and auxiliary circuit checks, confirming that all functions are normal. Test and commissioning data is bound to the product number and stored in a unified database. Quality staff can review batch consistency, defect distribution and rework situations through reports, providing data for process improvement.

Capacity and expansion

In a typical configuration, a recloser assembly line produces 20 to 40 units per day with a cycle of 10 to 15 minutes. For higher output, auxiliary equipment and automatic testing can be added at key stations, or parallel stations can be added. The line reserves expansion interfaces for automatic loading, automatic testing and automatic packing equipment.
